We are working with a leading client who are currently looking for a reporting consultant to work on their implementation of a new resource management application.
Requirements:
You will work alongside the HR Operations Senior Manager to ensure all reports are standardized in preparation for the phased implementation of the resource management application.
You will analyse complex data sets to identify trends, and patterns that will assist resource management decisions. You must have advanced Excel and PowerBI experience.
You will be creating high-quality dashboards reports, with a focus on data analysis and visualization for ad-hoc reporting.
You will Prepare ad-hoc analyses and provide commentary on resource management metrics, collaborating closely with key stakeholders
Must have 4 years of HR Reporting experience.
Contract 12 Months
£600 a day Outside IR35
Location - Hybrid London
