HR Functional Lead – 9 month FTC Hybrid - London


Our global client is looking for a HR Functional Lead who specialises in Workday, with a strong focus on their processes.


Requirements:


  • Must have previous Workday HCM experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of the core HR functional process stream

  • Planning, scoping and delivering end to end processes making sure the businesses needs are met.

  • Work closely with the project teams including HRIS team, EEP team and the HROD to support their requirements and ensure they are documented throughout.

  • Identify risks, implement changes and advise stakeholders on best practices and escalate where appropriate.


9 months FTC - £85,000 - £95,000 (DOE) + Additional Benefits
