
Our European based client is currently looking for a Workday Absence Analyst to join their support team in assisting them in their journey of deploying Workday.
Responsibilities
You will assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutions to fulfil business requirements and promote the best possible user experience in Workday.
Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments
Support the rollout and adoption of Workday.
Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes.
Requirements
You must have 1/2 years experience within the Workday Ecosystem.
You must have a strong understanding of Workday configuration within any of the HR modules but specifically HCM and Absence, and someone who has been involved in a Workday support environment before.
You will be supporting the client on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems and providing support for ad hoc projects as required.
Remote - Europe
Salary - €65,000
