We are looking for a Workday® Analyst to join the team of our London-based client.
Responsibilities:
Management of the HRIS mailbox acting as 1st/2nd line support for all system related queries.
Troubleshooting, investigating and resolving problems and errors efficiently.
Support on assessing and impacting changes from the bi-annual Workday releases.
Support with performing detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’s.
Support training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday.
Skills:
Knowledge and experience in Workday® modules.
Use of a case management tool such as Workday® Help or Service Now desired.
Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis.
Client focused, collaborative and supportive.
Communication and stakeholder management.
Salary:
To £55,000 + Bens and Bonus
