London based client looking for a HRIS Analyst to join their support team in assisting them in their journey of deploying Workday
Responsibilities
Assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutions to fulfil business requirements and promote the best possible user experience in Workday
Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments
Support the rollout and adoption of Workday
Work with the HR Team in the analysis, deployment, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes
Supporting the client on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems and providing support for ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
You must have 4+ years experience within the Workday ecosystem
Strong understanding of Workday configuration within any of the HR modules and has been involved in a Workday support environment
Onsite 1-2 days a week
Location - London
Salary - £75,000
