
We are working with a global organisation going through a greenfield Workday implementation and they are looking for a Workday Data lead to assist them through the go live of phase 1 and also assist with phase 2.
Requirements:
Act as data lead for the employee experience programme – leading on all aspects of data migration and management.
Provide data requirements to the administrators of legacy systems.
Develop data migration approach, strategy, and plans for the employee experience programme.
Lead on data transformation into the required Workday values and formats as specified by the deployment partner.
Create automated, robust and repeatable processes for the data migration cycles leading up to and including cutover.
Work closely alongside functional and integrations workstreams to ensure close alignment.
Ensure high quality of data migration and validation/audit checks – produce data validation audit logs/reports.
Provide advice, support and QA for reporting and Prism features in Workday to the wider programme team.
Complete knowledge transfer of data methods to the programme team, such as EIB templates and validation reports.

Contract - 6 months outside of IR35
Daily Rate - £750 a day
